Try our Reboot classes, great for anyone looking to add that extra session or two to their weekly training routine. Not for the faint of heart though it is the perfect set up to join whether a beginner or advanced trainer as the class is set up so you push yourself to your own limits! As a beginner it is a great way to start working on your fitness as our welcoming group will help push you along the session whilst having our PT’s monitor your technique performing the exercises and track your progress throughout the weeks. For the more advanced our classes will ensure you push your fitness levels to the limit as though enjoyable or classes are challenging and testing.
